Sylvain Chevalier, Marketing

Co-founder and Managing Director of Naples Strategic Business Partners LLC formed in 2010 to focus on investment in distressed real estate in Florida.

Mr. Chevalier was instrumental in launching a residential distressed property investment program in 2009 managed by United Real Estate of Bonita Springs, Florida.  After attaining key investors the program acquired over 125 homes in Southwest Florida and generated an average annualized net ROI for its clients of 29%.

Mr. Chevalier is Director of American Overseas Management and Administration Corp. and of AOMAC Properties Inc., Naples-based companies providing corporate services to foreign investors in U.S. real estate.

He was co-founder and President of a U.S. medical device distribution company in partnership with a private Dutch manufacturer.  Mr. Chevalier also founded a wellness/nutraceutical company, and was its President for 10 years.

Mr. Chevalier managed a family office for a German family for 6 years, served as Vice President-Finance for a U.S. commercial real estate development company for 2 years, and was an international private banker with two major French and American global banks, working in 5 countries and developing business in 25 countries for 15 years.  Many of his private clients had significant real estate holdings in Canada, Central America, Italy, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean.

He studied at the business schools of the University of Montreal and Sir George Williams University in his native Canada.

Mr. Chevalier is a U.S. Citizen and a resident of Florida since 1980 and has been a licensed real estate professional since 1986.
