Jack Tymann brings to TerraCap Management Corporation 50 years of experience in business development and general management experience. As a senior executive at Westinghouse, from the early 1980s until the mid 1990s, Tymann participated in management reviews of the evolution of Westinghouse Communities Inc (now WCI), including the early planning and then successful development of Pelican Bay and other communities in SW Florida. Throughout his Westinghouse career, Jack has been involved in leadership positions in various communities in which he was resident, both in SW Florida and in Maryland, including an early key role as President of a group of 25 Community Associations during the planning and development of the New Town of Columbia Maryland.
As President of Westinghouse International, Tymann led business development and government relationships in 75 countries. During the 1990s the team he led increased Westinghouse revenues from outside the US from $850 Million in 1990 to over $1.5B in 1998, at which time the various parts of the company were sold off, including all international operations and all real estate assets and operations.
